There is an entrance fee at Lindqvist but not at the others. Sage Alley Brewery & Grille is a restored 1894 Victorian offering a warm atmosphere. Lindqvist has lovely new bathrooms/showers but as yet no food concession, chair rentals or dive shop - a gorgeous spot and you can bring a collapsible cooler and stop en route for refreshments.
There are facilities at Coki and Sapphire including snorkel rentals. Nice small ish brewpub with the brewing equipment right behind the bar area ( I think the tap lines pull directly from the tanks). Coki, Sapphire and Lindqvist are all right off the main Smith Bay road with easy access so that would be your best bet. Getting to the East end beaches is easy enough on the main roads and no winding steep hills to navigate. of each in their Rooster Brown Ale and Hop Alley IPA, and we were delic. Providing Alpharetta, Ga and surrounding communities with excellent beer, brewed in-house, served right off the tank, along with pouring beers.
